In addition to naturalness and cleanliness, the focus is on a health-conscious, non-smoking lifestyle. There are deliberately no televisions in our rooms, so evenings are all about peaceful sleep, conversation, and true relaxation. In the shared lounge area, you can watch sports broadcasts and TV programs, or sit out on the terraces belonging to the rooms and enjoy the evenings at Lake Balaton.
Our garden and terraces, which preserve the atmosphere of Lake Balaton, offer peace, comfort, and a close-to-nature experience. Our terraces – covered and open – provide a pleasant living space for relaxation, dining, or socializing. The tables on the spacious upstairs terrace offer a unique view of Lake Balaton, while the cozy garden with its shade trees is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with a glass of wine, a chat or a morning coffee.
Our guests can also use the barbecue and outdoor cooking facilities in the garden, as well as the retro games area – all in the spirit of fun and relaxation. Cleanliness and tranquility are our top priorities, and the Balaton summer is the perfect complement.

The ever-changing climate and atmosphere here is like the true face of Lake Balaton: sometimes calm and smooth as glass, other times foaming, wavy, and lively. The view from the terraces is always captivating – whether it’s quiet moments, guests walking to the beach, cyclists or trains rushing by. This variety makes your time with us lively, colorful and unique.
The courtyard and terraces of the accommodation offer true relaxation – whether it’s quiet rest, shared meals or cheerful social moments. Guests’ comfort is served by five different terraces, including outdoor and covered ones, so they always provide a pleasant environment for relaxation, regardless of the weather.
Our upstairs terraces are spacious and open, and although they do not offer a complete panorama, the view is still special: the masts of yachts anchored in the nearby marina and the lights of Csopak and Alsóörs are delicately reflected on the surface of Lake Balaton – especially at dusk and on summer evenings. The view is almost endless: guests walking to or from the beach, groups of cyclists, and the occasional Balaton train all contribute to the lively, changing atmosphere of Lake Balaton that unfolds before us from the terrace—like a meticulously composed miniature town on a model railway, where every movement has its own rhythm and story.

And although the atmosphere of summer events and festivals sometimes filters through quietly from the shore, all you can hear here is the pulsing of Lake Balaton – not a disturbance, but rather a cozy background that reminds you that summer is truly here.
