A home for unhurried mornings and long, glowing evenings. These shared spaces were made for lingering: coffee where the light is soft, dinner where conversation stretches, and summer nights that invite you to stay out a little longer.
Our ground-floor lounge, dining area, and fully equipped shared kitchen open onto covered and sun terraces, so you can move seamlessly from cooking to conversation, from a rainy-day lunch to starlit wine on the west terrace.

On the upper floor, there is a shared bathroom unit with a separate WC, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere, while the ground floor communal area features a modern, fully equipped shower-WC block, allowing every guest to comfortably choose their preferred option.
On the ground floor, our guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a lounge, and a covered terrace, providing the opportunity for outdoor dining even during light rain. A nearby outdoor cooking and BBQ area with an open terrace is perfect for evening grilling enthusiasts.
Our entire property is smoke- and pet-free, welcoming only guests who value a clean, health-conscious, and peaceful environment. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in the garden, and there are no designated smoking areas.
The accommodation, reminiscent of the ’70s–’80s retro style but carefully maintained, offers comfortable lodging for couples and small families. There are a total of 10 beds for 5+5 guests, in single (extra-bed capable) rooms.
Guests have access to two shared bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Electric vehicle charging is provided via a 220 V socket. It is not fast charging, and guests use it at their own risk.
Bookings are made with a 50% deposit, which is refundable if canceled 14 days before arrival.
The accommodation price includes tourist tax, utility costs, bed linen use, and final cleaning.
