The west-facing room offers a unique sight: from the terrace, the landscape unfolds like a miniature model. The hills, houses, and passing trains create a playful town-like atmosphere, while the vibrant summer rhythm of Lake Balaton surrounds you.
As evening falls, looking up from the western terrace, the Milky Way stretches across the sky, and shooting stars flicker among the glowing stars, creating an unforgettable experience — as if summer itself is wishing you good night.
Its spacious layout also makes this room an excellent choice for parents who wish to relax in a separate area while their children sleep in the nearby smaller room.
On the upper floor, there is a shared bathroom unit with a separate WC, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere, while the ground floor communal area features a modern, fully equipped shower-WC block, allowing every guest to comfortably choose their preferred option.
On the ground floor, our guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a lounge, and a covered terrace, providing the opportunity for outdoor dining even during light rain. A nearby outdoor cooking and BBQ area with an open terrace is perfect for evening grilling enthusiasts.
Our entire property is smoke- and pet-free, welcoming only guests who value a clean, health-conscious, and peaceful environment. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in the garden, and there are no designated smoking areas.
The accommodation, reminiscent of the ’70s–’80s retro style but carefully maintained, offers comfortable lodging for couples and small families. There are a total of 10 beds for 5+5 guests, in single (extra-bed capable) rooms.
Guests have access to two shared bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Electric vehicle charging is provided via a 220 V socket. It is not fast charging, and guests use it at their own risk.

Vak Bottyán Beach is just 300 meters away, a comfortable 5-minute walk, while the renovated public beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Restaurants, shops, and services are also easily accessible nearby.
For cycling enthusiasts, a rental and repair shop is located 200 meters away, and a renovated bike path in front of the house connects to scenic routes around Lake Balaton.
