This room is located at the western end, providing a warm, sun-filled atmosphere throughout the day. Its spacious interior is an ideal choice for guests staying longer or simply those who enjoy a comfortable, airy layout. Direct terrace access allows guests to enjoy an evening family dinner or a friendly wine tasting featuring local Csopak wines, while the distant shimmering lights of Lake Balaton complete the experience.
On starry nights, looking up from the western terrace, the silky band of the Milky Way stretches across the sky, with shooting stars occasionally appearing among the sparkling stars — as if the universe itself joins the evening conversation.
The room is especially recommended for parents seeking the tranquility of summer evenings while their children rest in the adjacent smaller room.
On the upper floor, there is a shared bathroom unit with a separate WC, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere, while the ground floor communal area features a modern, fully equipped shower-WC block, allowing every guest to comfortably choose their preferred option.
On the ground floor, our guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a lounge, and a covered terrace, providing the opportunity for outdoor dining even during light rain. A nearby outdoor cooking and BBQ area with an open terrace is perfect for evening grilling enthusiasts.
Our entire property is smoke- and pet-free, welcoming only guests who value a clean, health-conscious, and peaceful environment. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in the garden, and there are no designated smoking areas.
The accommodation, reminiscent of the ’70s–’80s retro style but carefully maintained, offers comfortable lodging for couples and small families. There are a total of 10 beds for 5+5 guests, in single (extra-bed capable) rooms.
Guests have access to two shared bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area.
